Hello, I'm an artist and illustrator living in Leicester. Everything posted here has been made by me :)

My big brother is crazy smart and great at creating card games - the role playing kind! He’s created a new zombie card game and asked me to help with the designs. This is the first time I’ve ever drawn a zombie and the first time using illustrator and Photoshop to digitally colour my images. I think it turned out pretty well! Although he may be a little children’s book zombie than adult blood thirsty zombie, my stuff always turns out a bit cute looking. Also I need a lot more practice with the software to learn how to make backgrounds.
I hand drew this first with fine liner then digitally coloured it in.

I designed a CD cover for Jess Green and the Mischief Thieves’ spoken word show ‘Burning Books’. The show was preformed at the Edinburgh fringe this week and had some great reviews! - http://www.broadwaybaby.com/shows/burning-books/699902  It’s great to be given the chance design work for these talented artists :)

I hand drew the cover in fine liner and coloured in digitally.

Here’s the next instalment of the ‘Find the Right Words’ poster which I design every couple of months. It’s hand drawn and digitally painted. This is the last one I’ll be drawing for a while because I am off travelling!

Chalk board I painted for ‘Find the Right Words’ - a spoken word poetry night at Leicester’s pub theatre. This board was fun to paint because I designed the poster for this event too

New sign for the pub theatre, I did the white show title text in the middle.

The ‘n’ for ‘conversation’ is on the next line because that’s how it appeared on the the artists’ website, which was lucky really as there was no room to keep it on the same line!

I’m the new chalk board lady at the pub theatre, doing all the boards for the new shows. The top title on each board and info at the bottom were written by the previous artist and I fill out the middle bit. I really love chalk board pens!

My logo is in the Edinburgh Fringe Festival catalogue! :)

Exciting times, my poster is up on the Curve’s website! :)

The finished printed posters :)

It’s lovely to see my artwork being enjoyed in someone’s home :) I love drawing on cardboard and these were really fun to make!!

Thanks for the photo Jess!

I got to design this book cover for local poet Jess Green who had held workshops for local school kids as part of ‘Everybody’s Reading Week’. The book is full of the winning poems written by the students and has been given out to local schools.

I forgot to post this before but here’s my winning poster for the BOXPARK ‘Bad Christmas’ poster competition. The competition was ran by ideas tap and I was one of the winners :) A large version of the poster was printed and displayed in London Boxpark for the Christmas period :)
